The 2018 International Workshop on Robotics and AI, November 16, 2018, Beijing, China.

AI is concerned with computing and learning technologies that allow robots to see, hear, talk, think, learn, and solve problems. The workshop addresses a broad spectrum of topics ranging from deterministic and stochastic intelligent control design combining with AI learning algorithm for various robots. Special attention should be given to nonprehensile manipulation of deformable objects, how to design human robot hybrid intelligent unmanned systems and achieve the high accurate performance for the human robot interactions. This includes autonomous control, learning control, demonstrations, neural network adaptations, iterative learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, brain-like intelligence, dynamic programming and human robot integration.

This workshop will provide a forum for discussing the most recent advances in different aspects of robotics and AI. The workshop aims to gather leading researchers from academics and industry to present their recent research achievements and share their experiences in developing/deploying robotics and AI. This workshop will be organized by IEEE SMC Beijing Capital Region Chapter, IEEE RAS TC Neuro-Robotics Systems, IEEE SMC TC Autonomous Bionic Robotic Aircraft, and University of Science and Technology Beijing.
